The Nazca lines and also pictograms are huge pictures drawn into the desert around 1500 years ago by the ancient Nazcan culture. Not only is the reason for their construction a mystery, but also how they were able to draw straight lines over one hundred metres long.

Around 1930, in a mine about 100 miles southwest of the Mexican city of Chihuahua, buried underneath a human skeleton a mysteriously deformed, smaller skeleton was discovered. Dubbed Starchild, this skull has some very abnormal features, not seen anywhere else.

The Stone Spheres of Costa Rica are a collection of over 300 almost perfect spherical orbs first discovered in the Diquis Delta in the 1930’s. They vary in size from a few centimeter to several meters, the larger stones weigh nearly 16 tonnes.

Teotihuacán is a large ancient city located in what is now the San Juan municipality. It was the largest pre-Columbian city in the Americas during the first century AD, and peaked between 150AD and 450AD where it dominated Mesoamerica with had a population of between 150,000 and 250,000 people.
